27 March 2021
Russian President Vladimir Putin loves supporting separatism in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
Putin's peacekeeping troops (over 5000 soldiers) deployed to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan have only one purpose:
"To occupy the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan in the same way Russia has done in another countries before.
In the similar patterns as Russia has done in Georgia in 2008, in Ukraine in 2014 and in Moldova.

The aggression and occupation politics of the Russian government under the leadership of Vladimir Putin are practiced because of Mr. Putin's constant obsesseion with the rehabilitation of the Soviet past.
That's why aggression and occupation are at the heart of both domestic and foreign policy of Vladimir Putin and his 2 special cowboys Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigo. "
What Russian troops have done in the Abkhasia and the South Ossetia regions in 2008 (in the Republic of Georgia) as well as in the Crimea of Ukraine in 2014 and after November 10, 2020 in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan (over 63 villages and towns of Azerbaijan) are have been done because of Putin's obsesseion with the rehabilitation of the Soviet past.
The aggressions and occupations
are following the same patterns."
Providing the Russian passports (Passportization) to the separatists:
-in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan [to the Armenian separatists];
- to the separatists in the Abkhasia and in the South Ossetia regions of Georgia;
- to the separatists in the Crimea Peninsula and Donbos of Ukraine and
- to the separatists in the Trans Dnister region of the Republic of Moldova are the colonial initiations of Vladimir Putin and his cowboys who assist him.
Vladimir has outlawed the laws of the Azerbaijan (in the Karabakh) and declared the laws in the occupied Karabakh are ONLY the Russian laws.
Putin has declared the Russian language alongside with the language of the Armenian separatists as the official languages in the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan (Putin has excluded the Azerbaijani language).
Putin has banned the flag of Azerbaijan in its occupied territories in the Karabakh region and has declared only the flags of Russia, Armenia and the Armenian separatists are allowed in this occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
Putin and Lavrov's intentions are clear: to create the 2nd Republic of Armenia within the territories of Azerbaijan [Russia created the Republic of Armenia within the territories of Azerbaijan]
The citizens of the 2nd Armenian Republic will receive the Russian passports and their official language will be Russian alongside with the Armenian language. The laws in the 2nd Armenian Republic will be the Russian laws.
The Western countries like France know very well what's going on in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan against its sovereignty by Russia.
Unfortunately the Western countries either are silent or they encourage Moscow to do what the Kremlin wishes to do!
The Western countries accept the dwception of Russia that its troops have been deployed to the Karabakh as the peacekeepers not as the invaders!
The imperial components of Russian imperialism such as
"Passportization","Russian flag", "Russian language" and "Supporting of Separatists"
have been implemented in full scenarios in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

Vladimir Putin is constantly preoccupied with the crazy thoughts.
Ways To Legitimize Aggression & Business Russia Is Undertaking
Tsar Putin's constant preoccupation is:
- How to legitimize the business of aggression and occupation.
- How to legitimize the occupation of Nagorno Karabakh of Azerbaijan by Russian troops?
-How to legitimize the occupation of Abkhasia and South Ossetia in Georgia?
- How to legitimize the occupation in the Trans-Dnister region of Moldova?
-How to legitimize the occupation of the Crimea Peninsula and suporting the separatists in Donbos and Eastern Ukraine?
Vladimir Putin and his 2 cowboys (Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigo) deceived the world community by claiming that their Russian invaders are deployed the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan as the peacekeepers!!!
The occupation of Crimea Penninsula in 2014 as well as intention to occupy the Donbos in Ukraine, the occupation of Abkhasia and South Ossetia in the Republic of Georgia in 2008 and the occupied territories in the Republic of Moldova (Trans Dnister) are another examples of aggressions of Vladimir Putin .
Vladimir Putin's paranoia is how to revive the former Soviet Union by occupying the territories from the former Soviet republics which are the independent countries.

Russia under the leadership of Vladimir Putin uses the Armenian separatists in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan as well as the separatists in the occupied regions of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine for its expansionism and its geopolitical hegemony.
The Russian peacekeeping troops in the former Soviet republics are deployed not for peace but for aggression and o occupation.
In the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, the Russian troops have annexed over 63 Azerbaijani villages and towns (over 4000 sqare km) to Russia.
Putin and his 2 cowboys (Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigo) planned and occupied the territories of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
Vladimir Putin [as tsar of Russia] orders and deploys his Russian troops in the territories of former Soviet republics. What for?
These Russian troops have been assigned from Kremlin:
"To support those separatists who accept Russia and its orders."
"To occupy and annex the territories to Russia"."
"To declare the Russian laws, the Russian flag and the Russuan language should be used in the occupied territories."
The Kremlin does not want to understand what the Azerbaijani people, the peoples of Georgia, Moldova or Ukrainians are talking about the territorial integrity of their countries.

27 March 2021
Russia is an aggressor.
There is absolutely no doubt that Russia has been an aggressor to Azerbaijan:in the past, in the present and of course in the future.
It is a definitive guide for many countries to know the real intentions of Russia.
In a real politics Mr. Putin and his cowboy Sergei Lavrov should clearly understand that a mandate deploying the peacemeeping troops to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan does not apply to a war maker country like Russia.
Russia with its politics of aggression.
Russia with its politics of occupation of territories.
Russia a country which does not give up its imperial ambitions and has in its agenda always the plans for ggressions and taking away the pieces of the Azerbaijani territories.
The principles of the U.N. provides to those nations like the Scandinavian countries whose leaders are practicing a neutral politics, the authority to act as the peacekeepers and as its representative in different parts of the world.
Russian troops are invaders.
They are the violaters of the international laws.
Russian troops are unqualified for
a peacekeeping mission when they go alone to those missions to play the fake roles as the peacekeepers whose real intentions are aggressions and occupation of territories.
Russia has bad habits.
Russia is used to threaten the countries like Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine .
Putin's spokesman call the former Soviet republics as "the quasi states"!??.
Russia has occupied the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, the Crimea of Ukraine and two provinces in Georgia and the Trans Denister region of Moldova.
It is impossible to imagine that Russia advocate for war and occupation in the former Soviet republics and.at the same time it advocates for peace in the occupied ferritories of the former Soviet republics where Russia has made war and aggressions.
Russia cannot be as the peacekeer in the countries where Russia itself has caused killings, occupations and aggressions.
Russia has occupied the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan after Nov 10, 2920 based on the colonial "Lavrov-Plan".
Russia has supported the Armenian separatists; those who attack and kill the Azerbsijani civilians in the villages and cities.
Russia was in the past a war maker.
Russia is still a war maker.
Russia will remain as a war maker in the South Caucasus as well as around the Black sea.
Russian peacekeeping troops support the separatists for their own military hegemony as well as the Russian strategic advantages in the region.
Keep in mind:
Russia is aggressor.
Russia cannot be the peacekeeper when its troops are deployed anywhere without participation of another natuons's forces and without any U.N. mandate.
The political scientist Jumshid Nuriyev
says:
Russian peacekeepers should not violate Chapter VI of the UN Charter, which reflects peacekeeping activities in its entirety, and engage in activities such as medicine, health, and construction, which are not included in their status."
The principles of the United Nation (UN) says,
"Russia is not elligible to deploy its aggressive troops to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan because the whole wars in the past and in the present [in the South Caucasus] have their causes thanks the war politics of Russia.
Russia's Putin has deployed the Russian troops to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan without being qualifed as a country to have any peacekeeper troops in Azerbaijan.
Russia wants to create the 2nd Armenian Republic in the territories of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh region.
Russia has applied the same Russian laws and rules to the occupied Karabakh as it did to the occupied Crimea in Ukrain, in the Abkhasia and South Ossetia in Georgia and in the "Trans Dnister" region of Moldova.
So, the Chapter VI of the UN Charter, which reflects peacekeeping activities means norhing for the dictator of Russia.
Russia is the No 1 military ally of Armenia and No 1 supplier of the weapons to Armenia.
Russia has created Armenia within the territories of Azerbaijan.
Armenian Dashnak terrorists allied with the Bolshevik troops and killed over 130,000 of the Azerbaijani people.
Again on January 20 Russian troops massacred the Azerbaijani people by orders of Mikhail Gorbachov and his Prime Minister Yevgeni Primakov.
The Armenian Dashnak extremists and separatists allied with the Russian troops massacred in the Khijali in Feb 26, 1992.
The Armenian soldiers are fighting the Russian proxy wars aggainst Azerbaijan.

Mr. Campbel explains:
"No one punished Deputy Mayor Putin."
The writer then talks about President Putin's retirement home.
The author also addresses about the funneling money:
"Putin has a complicated way of funneling money to pet projects, like a vacation home outside Sochi."
According to Mr. Campbell:
"Exiled businessman Sergei Kolesnikov says money travels from one organization to another and ends up in a business where Putin owns the majority stake."
"This helped him build his dream home, a $250 million pad worthy of a modern day czar."
The author addresses:
"Putin says the pad isn't his.
Putin's getting rich."
Mr. Campbell explains:
"The various moneymaking schemes have been good to Putin."

"A trained KGB agent, Vladimir Putin knows how to hide his feelings, but in 2013, after former President Barack Obama described him looking like “the bored kid in the back of the classroom,” Putin let it be known that he was furious.
The author explains:
"And rightly so: kids in the back of the room are rarely ambitious. Putin, from day one of his rule 21 years ago, has had big, ambitious plans for himself and for Russia."

As

Russia cannot be the peacekeeper when its troops are deployed anywhere without participation of another natuons's forces and without any U.N. mandate.
Russia is aggressor.
The Armenian soldiers are fighting the Russian proxy wars aggainst Azerbaijan.

the Moscow meeting and the signed trilateral statement:
who was the winner and the loser?
Mr. Jumshud Nuriyev responds:
"The signed statement is in full accordance with the economic and political interests of Azerbaijan and Turkey."
Mr. Nuriyev reasons his claim by saying:
"Because Turkey has long raised the issue of railways and highways to establish direct economic relations with Azerbaijan."
"That is, such an issue was on the agenda."
